You'll see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2016 tax software if, you're a resident of Saskatchewan and you entered your program type as shown on your 2016 Graduate Retention Program Eligibility Certificate on form RC360: Saskatchewan graduate retention program, but you did not enter your eligible tuition fees:
You need to enter the eligible tuition fees paid to claim the graduate tuition tax credit. [error code: 246]
How do I fix this?
To correct the error, enter your eligible tuition fees into the designated field of form RC360.
Note: Form RC360 can be found under the STUDENTS icon of the PREPARE tab.
