You'll see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2016 tax software if, you're a self-employed resident of Québec and you completed the Québec annual registration fee for the enterprise register form but didn't enter the Québec enterprise number (NEQ) for your business:
You need to enter the Québec enterprise number (NEQ). [error code: RQ174]
How do I fix this?
To correct the error, enter the Québec enterprise number (NEQ) for your business on the Québec annual registration fee for the enterprise register form.
