You'll see the following error message on the ERRORS page in H&R Block’s 2016 tax software if you've left one (or more) of the required fields (such as Number, Street, City, Province or territory, or Postal code) empty when completing the Your mailing address page:
Your mailing address seems incomplete. Make sure you completed all the required fields (Number, Street, City, Province, or territory, and Postal code). [error code: RQ140]
How do I fix this?
To correct the error, ensure that you have entered your information into all of the required fields of the Your mailing address page.
