You'll see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2016 tax software if you indicated on form TP-350.1: Calculation of the deduction for residents of designated remote areas that you lived in a northern zone for more than 366 days:
The number of days you are designating as living in a northern zone or an intermediate zone can't be greater than 366 days. [error code: RQ111]
How do I fix this?
To correct the error, enter correct number of days that you lived in a northern or an intermediate zone on form TP-350.1. The number of days cannot be more than 366. You can find the TP-350.1 form under the OTHER icon of the PREPARE tab.
