You'll see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2016 tax software if, you have a balance owing to Revenu Québec but you did not indicate on the FINAL DETAILS page when you'll pay your balance:
Since you have tax owing for your Revenu Québec return, you need to choose when you’ll pay your taxes. [error code: RQ109]
How do I fix this?
To correct the error, you will need to indicate when you will be making a payment to Revenu Québec. To do this, go to the FINAL DETAILS page on the WRAP-UP tab and select one of the options from the dropdown menu.
