An error is preventing me from using the CRA’s AFR service. What do I do?

If you encountered an error while trying to use the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) Auto-Fill My Return (AFR) feature, please contact H&R Block’s technical support team at 1-800 HRBLOCK (1-800-472-5625). Be sure to provide the agent with the error code that was displayed in your return (e.g. 00011).

Note: Providing the error code to the agent makes identifying the issue easier, and will reduce the time it’ll take to fix it.
